As an AI Automation Expert and WordPress Developer, I specialize in building efficient digital ecosystems, managing web infrastructure, and driving growth through targeted digital marketing and graphic design. My technical acumen is deeply grounded in human behavior and organizational leadership. I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Psychology at Dhaka College. Within the mental health and clinical space, I have worked as an Assistant to a Psychologist and served as the Head of HR at Mindcare Bangladesh. I also previously supported major academic initiatives as a Researcher's Assistant at UNESCO Dhaka.
Currently, I serve as the Head of the Organize Department at Bondhu, having previously advanced through the organization as an Associate Officer within the Technical and Support Department. My background in mental health and human behavior is supported by hands-on experience in Basic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
